Terms & Conditions

  1. uMhlanga Ratepayers’ & Residents’ Association (URRA) is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to the betterment of the URRA catchment area.
  2. URRA operates under its designated mandate to work toward protecting and reviving the area via a number of initiatives, both with and without municipal involvement.
  3. URRA relies on the generosity of the public through donations, sponsorships, and voluntary assistance to carry out its mission and initiatives.
  4. By donating to or volunteering with URRA, I support their vision and mission, and authorise them to request funds from my Credit or Debit card as per the specified amount and date on the Donation page.
  5. URRA’s management, executive, and board hold decision-making authority in line with their mandate, and I acknowledge that their efforts and actions are within their discretion.
  6. I understand that URRA’s ability to provide support and address incidents is contingent upon their capacity and available funds, and there is no guaranteed long-term assistance.
  7. As a voluntary donor, I have the right to cancel my monthly debit order or other selected funding methods at any time.
  8. I acknowledge that as a donor to URRA, I do not expect any direct services or benefits from the organisation.
  9. URRA cannot guarantee the outcome of their actions and initiatives, and they cannot be held liable for damages resulting from any gross neglect or wilful behaviour of their staff, volunteers and consultants.
